The E-Check Profile page displays when a user clicks Account Information in the navigation bar and then selects E-Check Profile from the drop-down menu. You can create an e-check profile so you do not have to re-enter payment information each time you visit the site to make an e-check payment. Your e-check profile can be deleted at any time.
To save or change your e-check profile:
Enter the First Name exactly as it appears on the bank account that you will be using for payment.
Enter the Last Name exactly as it appears on the bank account that you will be using for payment.
Enter the Middle Initial/Name exactly as it appears on the bank account.
Select the appropriate Suffix from the drop-down.
Enter the Company Name if the bank account is in the name of a company rather than an individual.
Enter the Telephone number as it appears on the bank account.
Enter the E-Mail address.
Enter the first line of the Address as it appears on the bank account.
Enter the second line of the Address as it appears on the bank account.
Enter the City as it appears on the bank account.
Select the appropriate State from the drop-down.
Enter the Zip as it appears on the bank account.
Select the appropriate Country Code from the drop-down.
If check verification is being used, the next four fields, Driver's License, Driver's License State, Date of Birth, and Social Security Number will appear. Driver's License, Driver's License State, and Date of Birth fields are required unless the bank account is in a company's name.
Enter the Driver's License of the bank account holder.
Select the appropriate Driver's License State from the drop-down.
Select the month, day, and year for the Date of Birth of the bank account holder from the drop-down.
Enter the SSN (Social Security Number) of the bank account holder.
Enter the Bank Routing Number from a check or deposit slip of the bank account. Refer to the sample check to locate the Bank Routing Number or select the click here link for further information.
Enter the Bank Account Number from a check or deposit slip of the bank account. Refer to the sample check to locate the Bank Account Number or select the click here link for further information.
Select either the Checking or Savings option for the Account Type.
If the information that you have entered is correct, click Submit.
A confirmation message displays after the profile is updated.
To delete the profile, click Delete.
The required fields on this page are noted with asterisks.
If at any point before submitting the form you want to clear it and begin again, click Reset.
