The Online Billing Information page is displayed when you click the link to the Online Billing application on our website. The page contains password information and general information regarding the Secure Socket Layer (SSL) software used to encrypt the information that is sent over the Internet.
This page also contains information about the account number that you must enter when logging in to access your records. As stated, your account number is the account number shown on your bill minus the last two digits. Those last two digits are referred to as the separator. The separator actually represents an individual account for an individual customer or company.
For example, if the organization using the Online Billing application is an electric utility, and you are an individual who has one account for your home electricity and another account for a barn or outbuilding on your property, then you would have a single account number of 1234, along with two separators of 01 and 02. On your bill, your account numbers would be represented as 123401 and 123402. To log in to the Online Billing application and access these two accounts, you would only need to enter 1234.
From this page, you can proceed to the Customer Login page or the Contact Support page by clicking the appropriate button. Click the About button to view version and copyright information for the Online Billing application.
